offer four separate menus at Native Bay, all of which change frequently in
congruence with the seasons. Each of these menus takes advantage of our local
bounty by showcasing ingredients from local and regional farmers, producers,
and gatherers. Whether it's true wild rice from the Anishinaabeg tribe,
cultivated farm fresh produce, local free-range meats, foraged mushrooms and
fruits, regional freshwater fish or cheese from Wisconsin's very best artisan
cheesemakers, you are sure to find a number of fresh, local ingredients on our
plates. Chef Nathan Berg
networks with over 40 different suppliers to hunt down the very best our region
has to offer, and he's finding more all the time.
